[스포츠서울 | 박준범기자] 황희찬(울버햄턴)이 또 쓰러졌다.
황희찬은 8일(한국시간) 영국 울버햄턴 몰리뉴 스타디움에서 열린 첼시와의 2025~2026 잉글랜드 프리미어리그(EPL) 25라운드 맞대결에서 전반 43분 부상으로 교체됐다. 그는 구단 관계자들과 얘기를 나누면서 땅을 치는 등 부상에 강하게 아쉬워하는 모습을 보이기도 했다.
황희찬은 롭 에드워즈 감독이 새롭게 부임한 이후 출전 시간을 늘려왔다. 더욱이 이번 이적시장에서 최전방 공격수 예르겐 스트란드 라르센이 크리스털 팰리스로 이적하면서 황희찬의 입지는 더 커지는 듯했다.
